 Alabama Theatre, entertaining Myrlte Beach and it's million of visitors from around the world has been recognized
nationally for over a decade with countless entertainment awards. Topping that is this year's debute of their world-class signature
show "One"!

 David King, the British creator and producer of the smash hit "Spirit of the Dance" announced he has now completed
the purchase of the magnificent Palace Theatre, Myrtle Beach, S.C. in a multi-million dollar deal. This 2700 seat venue is one
of the most lavish theatres in the Carolina's, and is the resident home of "Spirit of the Dance," and "Broadway, the Star Spangled
Celebration" just two of King's hit shows. At any given time King has seven shows touring the world. Last November, King purchased
the Branson Variety Theater in Branson, Missouri originally known as The Bobby Vinton Theater. Says King, "We have been
negotiating to buy the Palace for a long time, and we are thrilled beyond words to own one of the best entertainment complexes in
the Carolinas, at a prime location in Myrtle Beach. We believe in Myrtle Beach as a leading destination, and we are committed into
making this landmark building into one of the best entertainment centres in America. "It is King's intention to bring star name acts
to the Palace, as well as beginning in 2004 producing one of the biggest Christmas shows in the U.S. Also, new for the 2004 season
