Fall Haul - Murrells Inlet Creek and River Sweep Clean-Up
Location: Murrells InletFall Haul - Murrells Inlet Creek and River Sweep Clean-Up will be Sept. 14 from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m.
Murrells Inlet 2020, along with the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources and River Sweep, are working together with local groups to clean up the river and marsh.
For those wishing to help with the marsh, the group will meet at the Crazy Sister Marina docks at 8:45 a.m.
If you want to help at the river, meet at Hannah Banana's back door at 8:45 a.m.
Wear clothing meant for cleaning and grab your boots, bug spray and gloves. Don't worry about brining garbage bags; they'll be provided. Call 843-357-2007 for more info.
